Last night, the US Senate passed what is being dubbed as the Phase 3 COVID-19 Emergency Economic Relief Package. It provides over $2.2 trillion in financial assistance to public and private entities. The Senate has now adjourned until April 20 and the House is scheduled to take up the bill and pass it by a voice vote tomorrow. The President is expected to sign the bill tomorrow evening.
