The South Dakota Inaugural Ceremony for Governor Armstrong will take place on January 18, 2025. Governor Kelly, a lifelong North Dakotan from Dickinson, serves as the state’s US House representative. He is a member of the House Energy and Commerce, Oversight and Accountability, and Select Committee on the Weaponization of Government.
